How much is shipping?

Due to the high quality and low price of factory produced sculptures, we cannot offer free shipping worldwide.
International shipping charges must be confirmed based on order size, weight and buyer’s location. All international orders may be subject to import duties, value added tax (VAT) imposed by your local government (required by your county of residence). International shipping charges do not include any duties, value added tax (VAT). The sum of the product price, shipping costs, and customs duties is the final price you pay for the sculpture.

Where will my order be shipped from?

Your order will be shipped directly from the Meizz sculpture factory, our factory is located in Tang County, Baoding, Hebei, China

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Inventory items We ship directly from our warehouse. Most items are shipped via Tianjin Port and will be delivered within 10-40 working days after the shipment date. Our standard carrier requires a street address. Items ordered together do not always arrive together.

Are items insured?

All items shipped are insured against loss or damage

I ordered several items. Will they ship together?

If you order multiple items, they may ship in different boxes on different dates and from different delivery locations. You will receive a message letting you know which items have been shipped.

What if my order arrives damaged?

All items are insured against damage. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please retain the original items and packaging. We may ask you to send us photos of the damaged items and packaging before processing your return. If you have questions, please review our return policy or contact us.
