Return Policy

1. What happens if I receive a damaged item?

We insure all of our products and take great care in how our products are packaged and shipped. We don’t want this product to get damaged in transit! Products are securely packaged to ensure zero damage shipping to you. In the unlikely event that you receive our product damaged, please contact us immediately and we will arrange with you to return and replace the damaged product. You must contact us the same day so we can file a damage claim with the shipper. For large items and custom order items that require your presence and signature, you must inspect the item in the presence of the shipper and if damage is discovered, you must notify us and the shipper immediately while the shipper is still present. Please note that you will need to show proof of damage – sending us photos via email is acceptable. Please also save the box and packaging materials for inspection by the shipper. Otherwise the transportation insurance will be invalid. We are not responsible for damaged goods that are not in their original packaging or for goods that are not reported promptly as required. We reserve the right to reject claims for damage and/or loss if you do not notify us promptly, as the courier company may reject the claim. Once we receive your information, we will file a claim with the shipping company. Shipping lines reserve the right to process and review claims, which may take several weeks. Please note that selection of handling, courier and shipping methods are chosen by us and we believe best meet the delivery commitment required for your order. Additionally, multiple-item orders and expedited orders may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive several days apart.

2. Customized items (if applicable)

Customized items include any bespoke customization such as material, color, size or form. Customized items are noncancelable and non-refundable since the order confirmation or payment. Other conditions can be agreed under binding contract before order confirmation or payment.

3. Can I return my purchase?

Yes. Please contact us before returning your item – we value our relationship with our customers and if you are not satisfied with an item you can exchange it for another or receive a refund. Items can usually be returned within 7 days, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging. Shipping and handling, duties and brokerage fees are non-refundable and a 10% restocking fee applies. Buyer pays return shipping and all items must be returned insured. No refunds will be issued unless we receive the item in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns on returned merchandise that is damaged due to improper packaging. Please refer to the return policy specified in each product description as it varies by product line. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping (subject to availability). Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, if the order does not go into production, it can be fully refunded. If the customer cancels an order (including custom orders) for no specific reason during the production of the product, the refund will be minus a 25% restocking fee.

5. Sign for product

We are not responsible for intentional damage, accidental damage, or damage caused by natural disasters, such as floods, hurricanes, strong winds, tornadoes, etc., during use of the signed sculptures.
