Bronze Lady Sculpture
This bronze lady sculpture depicts a vivid scene: the woman is dressed in a light green dress, taking steps forward, holding a dove in her hand, spreading its wings to fly, symbolizing freedom and peace. The image of the woman in the sculpture is elegant and moving, with her long hair and skirt swaying gently with the wind, as if capturing a moment of dynamic beauty.
Sculpture Design and Details
This bronze sculpture of a woman fully considers dynamic beauty in its design. The woman’s posture showed a natural sense of movement, taking steps and extending one hand forward. The pigeon in her hand was preparing to fly into the air, as if it would spread its wings and fly high in the next second.
The woman’s long hair and skirt sway in the wind, and this detail is vividly portrayed through carved lines. The sculptor used delicate techniques to express the sense of wind flow, giving the entire sculpture a lightweight texture. The woman’s skirt presents a soft curve, perfectly echoing her steps and gestures, creating a harmonious beauty.
The production process of Bronze lady sculpture
We use traditional lost wax casting techniques to produce Bronze lady sculptures. Firstly, we sculpt the prototype using clay to ensure that the image and details are lifelike. Next, cover the prototype with a layer of high-temperature resistant silicone mold, and after the mold hardens, disassemble it to form a model. Subsequently, liquid wax is injected into the mold to form a wax pattern.
After the wax is trimmed, it is covered with a ceramic shell and placed in a high-temperature furnace to melt the wax and form a hollow mold. Finally, pour the high-temperature melted bronze into the mold, cool it down, remove the mold, and perform grinding, polishing, and surface treatment to complete the sculpture.
